Let’s grab coffee!
I LOVE coffee and I LOVE spending time with friends! In an effort to engage in community more, I would love to grab a cup of coffee (even if our schedules/proximity makes it separate) and throw out some questions where we can learn from each other. Sharing is such a gift. I can’t wait to hear from you!
So here’s a couple of questions:
What is your go-to breakfast right now? And is it always the same or do you change it up? Right now, I’m hooked on paleo protein bars with my coffee. I order them online from www.julianbakery.com. And on the coffee front, I rotate between making coffee in my Chemix or French press.
What (if any) healthy choices are you making right now? 1. I’ve recently gotten back into yoga and am absolutely loving it. I suffer from migraines and am praying that staying consistent with yoga with help keep them at bay. 2. Water. I always drink lots of water. 3. I am being more intentional about creating face time with others.
